William E. Hughes is the founding pastor of Living Water – A Seventh-day Adventist Congregation. His desire is to establish the church with a solid relational approach to being the Church of God. The biblical foundation of the church is based on the faithful exposition of the Word of God. His vision includes the importance of corporate worship and an emphasis on holistic small-groups as the core factor that provides encouragement and accountability in the body. His missionary passion is to train men and women for the apostolic lifestyle through small groups that also meet the spiritual needs of the local community.

William currently also serves as pastor of the Ecorse Seventh-day Adventist church in Ecorse, Michigan. He has served the Southfield, now Living Water congregation for 12 years.
